How TCG Pull FX handles selected videos, card lookups, exports and support requests.

1. Who operates the app
TCG Pull FX is a native iOS app for enhancing existing trading-card pack-opening videos. The data controller for support requests and the accompanying website is Kibo Nakamura. Contact details are available on our Support page.
2. Videos, images and audio
You select a recording from Photos or Files. The app uses Apple's on-device frameworks to extract frames, recognize card text and render the enhanced video. Selected videos, extracted frames and any imported custom audio are not intentionally sent to our servers. Temporary working copies may be created in the app's local storage for processing and export.
3. Card lookups and network requests
For card identification and reference pricing, the app makes HTTPS requests to the third-party TCGdex service. Depending on the action, requests can include card names, numbers, card/set IDs, search terms and language. As with other internet services, TCGdex may receive network information such as your IP address and process it under its own practices. The app does not send video frames in these card lookup requests.
4. Data handled by the app
The version reviewed for this policy has no app account, advertising or third-party analytics SDK. It processes your chosen video, card detection/review information, selected style settings and generated output locally. We have not identified routine transmission of your videos, contacts, precise location or advertising identifier to the app publisher. This description must be reassessed if a future release adds telemetry, accounts, cloud storage or other integrations.
5. Saving, sharing and permissions
You decide whether to save the generated file to Photos or share it using the iOS share interface. The Photos picker and Files picker let you select content; saving to Photos may request an add-only permission. Once you share a video to another service, that destination's privacy terms apply. You can manage Photos permissions in iOS Settings.
6. Support requests and this website
If you email support, we receive the email address, message and any information you choose to include, for the purpose of replying and resolving your request. This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, analytics pixels or tracking scripts. Its hosting provider may process routine connection and security logs, including IP addresses, under the hosting arrangement. Easyhost's account-level settings archive access logs and enable removal of the previous month's archived files at month-end. This does not establish the retention period for all server-side logs or backups, which may be governed by the hosting provider's policies.
7. Retention and deletion
Working media is held in the app's local storage and is subject to normal iOS storage management. Deleting the app removes its app-contained files, but does not necessarily remove videos you already saved to Photos or shared elsewhere. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to respond to enquiries, handle legitimate follow-up or meet applicable legal obligations. We do not maintain a user account or a server-side video library.
8. Your rights and choices
You can stop a card lookup by not using internet-dependent recognition or pricing features, choose not to share an export, manage iOS permissions, or delete the app. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify or erase personal data we hold, to object to processing, or to complain to your data protection authority. Contact us through the Support page; requests relating to TCGdex processing may need to be directed to TCGdex.
9. Children
TCG Pull FX is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal details through the app. Parents and guardians can contact us if they believe personal information was sent to our support contact.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the app or its external services change. We will revise the date above and publish the current version at this address. For privacy questions, use the contact details on the Support page.
11. Independent app and third-party information
TCG Pull FX is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, The Pokémon Company, Cardmarket or TCGdex. Names and images of trading cards belong to their respective rightsholders. Price information is indicative, may be unavailable, and does not guarantee resale value.
